Students will be alphabetized within folders for each grade level. All of the first grade from A-Z in one folder and so on.

Students will be placed into a folder for their teacher/room and alphabetized. You will place these in order by grade when you create your pages. (Some photographers only send room number instead of teacher name.)

Your disk cannot be processed without this completed form. Send only the high resolution Yearbook CD not the Image Stream or administrative CD.
